One clear contact path.

Before mobilization you get the name and cell number of the Falcon supervisor on your site and of your contact on our project team. They handle the day to day. Mike Price, COO & Owner, is involved in every job day to day and is a phone call away when you need a decision or an escalation.

Who is on your roof.

  • An OSHA 30-trained Falcon supervisor is on your site every working day. The supervisor runs the site, leads the safety briefing, and sends you the end-of-day photo report and any same-day weather or delay notice.
  • The Falcon supervisor is Falcon's designated competent person on your site. Each crew also has its own competent person on site whenever it is working. You get both names before mobilization.

The team behind your job.

Every job is covered by role, not by one person: field supervision, project management and coordination, preconstruction and estimating, safety and compliance, and project administration.

A photo report at the end of every workday.

Every workday ends with a short report and photos from the Falcon supervisor on your site. It covers:

  • who was on site and the hours worked
  • what got done, by area
  • the weather, and whether it was a working day
  • progress against the schedule
  • tomorrow's plan, including deliveries
  • anything we need from you or another trade
  • the day's safety notes, including hot-work fire watch

A weekly look-ahead.

Once a week our project team sends the next week's plan: the areas we will work, the crew on site, deliveries, inspections, and what we need from you or other trades before we get there.

Same-day notice of weather and delay days.

If weather stops work or something delays us, the Falcon supervisor tells you that day, with the reason and the plan to recover. We keep a working-day and weather log you can use for your own schedule records.

Work in occupied buildings.

Hospitals, VA medical centers, schools and offices stay in use while we work above them. On those jobs:

  • Watertight at the end of every workday. We don't leave installed insulation overnight under a temporary dry-in.
  • Clean-up every day: the roof, the ground below and the access route, before the crew leaves.
  • Coordination with facility staff before work starts: access routes, work hours, noise, deliveries, and rooftop air intakes near adhesives or hot work.
  • The Falcon supervisor is the facility staff's contact on site every working day.

Paperwork on your schedule.

Tell us your pay application date, format and portal at the start. Our project administration team builds to it.

  • Weekly invoice with conditional and unconditional lien or bond waivers
  • WH-347 weekly certified payroll with the Statement of Compliance, on prevailing-wage work
  • SF-1413 Statement & Acknowledgment
  • Submittals and product data
  • Buy American and country-of-origin documentation
  • Site-specific safety plan and Activity Hazard Analyses
  • Certificates of insurance naming you as additional insured, on request

SCHEDULE

We plan every job to finish ahead of your date.

That is a commitment. Here is how we back it:

  1. 1.We build our schedule to finish before your date, and you see it before we mobilize.
  2. 2.Every daily report shows progress against that schedule.
  3. 3.If anything threatens your date, you hear the same day, with what we are doing about it.
  4. 4.Crew size and sequence are set before we commit to your date, and the Falcon supervisor tracks them against the plan every day.
  5. 5.Tear-off is limited to the area that can be made watertight the same day.

Closeout, on paper.

  • Punch list walked and closed with you
  • Manufacturer inspection of the finished roof, where the warranty calls for one
  • Closeout package: submittals, product data and warranty documents
  • Manufacturer warranty registered, and on federal work registered to the Government
  • No Dollar Limit (NDL) manufacturer warranties, including terms up to 30 years on qualifying Duro-Last and Mule-Hide membrane assemblies
  • McElroy Metal weathertightness and finish warranties on qualifying standing seam assemblies
  • Final unconditional lien or bond waiver with final payment

Warranty terms are assembly-specific and confirmed per project.
