What to send with the invite

These let us price your roof with fewer questions back to you. Tell us the roof size and your dates; we confirm crew availability for those dates before we bid.

  1. 1.Plans and specs. A link to the drawings and the Division 07 spec sections, or the platform invite.
  2. 2.Bid date and time, with the time zone.
  3. 3.Scope. What you want from us (furnish and install, or labor only), the roof areas, and the basis-of-design system.
  4. 4.Schedule. Required start and finish dates, and any phasing.
  5. 5.Federal work. The solicitation number, the wage determination, and the prime-contract clauses you flow down to subs.
  6. 6.Site access rules. Base access, badging, escort rules, work hours and required training.
  7. 7.Insurance and bond requirements, if any.
  8. 8.Your contact. Who gets our questions and our number.
